Sinnissippi Solar Energy Center
The Sinnissippi Solar Energy Center is an opportunity to boost the local
economy of Jefferson County and create jobs, all while generating clean,
American made energy to meet Wisconsin's growing electricity demand.
More than $172 million invested in local tax revenue, land and lease payments, and wages and benefits in Jefferson County over the life of the project.
At peak construction, the Sinnissippi Solar Farm is expected to employ up to 200 people. After construction, the project will employ up to 5 additional permanent operations and maintenance (O&M) staff.
